By creating a CitoQuote account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use CitoQuote. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CitoQuote.
CitoQuote provides an AI-powered quoting widget that businesses embed on their websites. The widget converses with visitors, qualifies their needs, and generates professional PDF quote documents. We also provide a dashboard to manage quotes, configure pricing, and track leads.
The service is provided "as is." While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance at any time.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the features of your chosen plan. No payment card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to a restricted state unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
You agree not to use CitoQuote to:
You retain full ownership of your business data — your services, pricing configuration, and the quotes generated. You grant CitoQuote a limited licence to process and store this data solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the pricing rules and information you configure. CitoQuote is a tool — the quotes generated reflect the rules you set. You remain responsible for any commitments made to your customers.
By embedding the CitoQuote widget on your website, you confirm that your own privacy policy accurately describes to your visitors how their conversation data may be processed by a third-party AI service. You are the data controller for your visitors' data; CitoQuote acts as a data processor on your behalf.
CitoQuote, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by CitoQuote and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of CitoQuote without our written consent.
The AI-generated content produced by the service (quote text, responses) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over output generated on your behalf.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CitoQuote's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not liable for the accuracy of quotes generated by the AI. The AI operates within the pricing rules you configure — you are responsible for reviewing and approving quotes before they are binding.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the breach.
On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for any necessary retrieval, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of CitoQuote after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
